The first day is traumatic, you simply can't comprehend. You know something has happened that you just can't understand at first. First you blame nature, the mountain and ask "Why?" Today I don't ask "Why?" anymore. I erased the "Why?" from my thoughts a long time ago.. Then I think of my mother, of my wife and at the beginning you're desperate. But later - when you realise how other people feel for you, what they tell you, then you don't feel so alone anymore.
